Wonderful experience. I booked a twin room for valentines day and got upgraded to one of the club rooms. They even decorated the bedroom with flowers and chocolates. The room was lovely, it had everything we needed for our stay. It is only a few minutes walk to Padidngton Station and the London Underground. Will definitely stay again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay! We loved everything about our stay here. The location is perfect — just a short 4-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the room as well as the washroom were spotless and very well maintained. A special mention to Kazi Colston at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. He made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful gesture from the hosts — they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates, and fresh fruits when they found out it was our wedding anniversary. It was such a sweet and personal touch that made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I will write my review in all honesty. The hotel workers were extremely friendly and helpful. They first chabged our room to a bigger one without charging more. And on our last day after we checked out we came back to get our bags and we asked them for a quiet place to pray and they gave us a room without any hesitation. Special thanks to Kamalin she was really helpful and kind. If I come back to London I will definitely book this hotel.

dont really like giving good reviews because i like to gatekeep good things really enjoyed my stay here , really nice spa , top tier indian restaurant , good breakfast, good location from transport links literally 5 min walk from paddington station. Additionally Cyril and Taj did a wonderful job making us feel welcome and helping us get about with good information about whats going on in and around the area. but over great place to stay for the price. i will be back
We arrived for a valentines treat in London as we were off to see a theatre show. Checking was simple, we were given a bottle of prosecco and a chocolate heart which was a nice touch. We were on floor -1, so down to basement level which was a bit confusing. The room felt quite small in size but was adequate. We cranked the heating up although it never really got too hot and was a heater grill on the ceiling by the window. Shower was nice and bodywash and products lovely. We had a bottle of prosecco in our room, which we think was a welcome gift but no one seemed to know. Staff were very friendly and provided us with a glass of ice to chill the drinks as the ice machine had broken. It was quiet, although you could hear noise from other guests arriving back to their room. Breakfast was just about adequate. We arrived at 09:30 & the buffet style breakfast had run out of many of the hot options. We had to ask for cups to get our coffee and juices. Check out was smooth and we were able to leave our suitcase for collection later in the day.
